3D Modelling: Creating a BeeHouse

About the Workshop

Solitary bees are different from honey and bumble bees as they do not belong to a hive. They work individually and burrow in holes. Although solitary bees are the most efficient pollinators, they are also the most endangered due to deforestation.

If you want to learn more about solitary bees and also learn how to create a sustainable 3D printed beehouse, then you can join Jamie-Lee for a step-by-step design workshop.

What you’ll learn:

  • What solitary bees are and why they are important

  • How to use Fusion 360 to model and personalise your design

  • How to use Fusion 360 to render your designs in a realistic setting
